Why you should clean up your data first before thinking about AI

AI without proper data doesn’t work. That’s a painful lesson many have to learn. Before you even think about AI, do an honest inventory: What data do you collect? Where is it? Is it complete? This is the most boring but most important step.

Your reality check: Can you spontaneously say how many customer contacts you had last month? If not, start with data cleanup, not AI.
