You know the feeling: Every provider suddenly talks about “AI-powered” solutions. In my experience, there’s often little behind it. You should ask a simple question: “Show me what your system did without AI and what it does differently now.” If the answer becomes vague or the salesperson evades, there’s usually no real AI there.
What will help you: Stop listening as soon as someone starts talking about “revolutionary algorithms.” Good providers explain the business problem they solve. Bad ones rave about their technology.
