You shouldn’t buy any AI solution without first talking to at least three entrepreneurs who already use it. Not with the reference customers the provider suggests, but with people from your network. They’ll also tell you about problems nobody mentioned.

Specifically: Never ask “Are you satisfied?” but rather “What would you do differently today?” and “What hidden costs did you encounter?” This shows you the real picture.
