Why you should use the 'Crawl, Walk, Run' approach

In my experience, the biggest AI mistakes happen when you skip phase 1. Crawl means: You test a tiny AI application to understand how this even works. Walk: You optimize existing processes. Run: You develop new business models.
My tip: Plan maximum 3 months and little budget for phase 1. If that doesn’t work, you’ve saved a lot of money.
