You should never start AI projects without measurable goals. Always answer three questions in writing: 1) What problem do I solve concretely? 2) How do I measure success in euros? 3) What happens if I do nothing? If you can’t answer question 2, stay away from it.

Example: Not “improve customer service,” but “30% fewer support requests through automatic responses, thereby saving 2,000 euros per month.”
