Executive Search and Interim Management with PURE Group

The right person. The right question.

I fill the roles your AI plans depend on. Permanent, interim or fractional.

Most people hear buzzwords in an interview. I hear whether someone actually understands the subject.

When the plan is there and the person isn't

In consulting there is often a moment where the direction is settled and still nothing moves. Not because the plan is wrong. Because nobody is there to carry it.

I have watched that gap for years, from the consulting side. As Senior Partner at PURE Group I close it.

Three roles where things are stuck right now

01 · AI leadership

Everyone hires for AI. Few lead it.

AI teams are forming everywhere. Data engineers, ML ops, GenAI specialists. The leadership that turns them into impact rarely grows with them. 59 % of executives consider themselves insufficiently prepared for AI. That is exactly the gap I fill.

02 · From pilot to production

Proven in the pilot. Stuck before production.

The models work. The path into daily operations does not. 62 % expect a radical rebuild of their operating model, barely a third have started. I find the leadership and the hands that turn pilots into running systems. RAG, agents, MLOps.

03 · Accountability for AI

AI is in the building. Accountability is not.

The next stages of the EU AI Act are taking effect. One in four AI roles on the market now names governance or compliance duties. Governance is not a legal question. It is a leadership question.

Permanent, interim or fractional. Which one fits is decided by your situation.

What I actually do

As Senior Partner at PURE Group I fill the roles your AI plans depend on. I sit in the conversations myself.

The difference is in the listening. A CV with the right stations says little about whether someone commands the subject. A conversation shows it. Whether they can explain why a project failed. Whether they know what a model really costs in production. Whether they have pushed governance through against resistance.

For thirteen years I ran a software company and hired the people who build these systems. Today I build AI structures with clients. I know the work as the client and as the one delivering it.

When the role isn't sharp yet

Some know exactly who they need. Then I search.

Some have a vacancy and no role description that holds. Then we clarify it first. That is the same work as in my consulting, only focused on a single position.

And if the direction isn't settled yet?

Before the question about the person comes the question about the direction. We clarify that first.

Clarify direction

Let's talk about your search

If you know who you need, it will be a short conversation. If you don't, we clarify that first.

Klarheit zeigt, was du gerade brauchst.
